Mentoring

Want to give a colleague who’s just stepped into their first Chief People Officer or Head of HR role the chance to hit the ground running? We’ll support them by identifying development needs, roleplaying complex scenarios and nuances and providing role-specific training, including supporting them in developing their People Strategy and People Plans. We’ll work with them one to one over an extended period to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in their new role.
