Strategic Audit of your HR function

As well as a comprehensive audit of your HR policies (see above), we’ll evaluate how strategically the team operate. In other words, how much value do they add to the employee experience, and how can they elevate that impact? We’ll use a range of tools and techniques to ensure that findings are authentic, reliable and unbiased. We’ll prepare a report with our findings and support you in implementing, embedding and measuring any changes you make from our recommendations
