Matt Davies

CEO

We’re founded and led by our CEO, Matt, who has 20 years’ experience in championing people, leading change and driving increased engagement and high performing cultures.

Most recently, Matt’s led organisational change as a Chief People Officer and NED (Board member). He’s passionate about supporting people at every stage of their leadership journey, through both formal learning and sharing day to day, lived experience. He believes wholeheartedly in supporting people to reach their full potential and loves working with leaders to help them to define their strategy, purpose, mission and values.

Matt’s an outspoken champion of Equity/Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). He regularly speaks at events and partners with organisations to support them in designing and delivering impactful initiatives, strategy and cultural change to create a more diverse, inclusive and thriving workforce. He’s recognised as a leading voice in this space and was recently a judge of the Best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative award at the CIPD Wales awards.

Matt’s a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – the highest level qualification a people professional can obtain from CIPD, and a qualified executive coach.

With recent experience as HR Business Partner, Chloe has supported stakeholders through a range of people-projects, including TUPE, new business opportunities, organisational restructures and navigating a shift from remote to a hybrid working model. She loves detail, structure and coming alongside stakeholders and their teams to support them in navigating change effectively and transparently.

Chloe is an outstanding project manager, driving transformational change through to a high standard and able to support clients with driving change that has a great impact and longevity.
